Anissa and Joe Shipley are a God-fearing husband-and-wife team rooted in Rockingham, North Carolina — building an agency around one belief: your legacy is something you live, not just leave behind.

Anissa spent years as a Physical Therapist Assistant with her sights set on healthcare management — until Covid closed that door. Rather than wait for another one to open, she helped build one. She brings the same compassion and commitment to her clients that she gave her patients.

Joe has spent over 35 years in manufacturing as a maintenance manager — a career built on precision, problem-solving, and getting it right the first time. Those same standards drive how this agency operates every single day.

Married 15 years, they met around the baseball fields in Cheraw, South Carolina. Today they're proud grandparents to three — two boys and a girl — with a fourth granddaughter arriving late summer. Outside of work, you'll find them in the field running hunt tests with their Boykin Spaniel, Whiskey, or spending time with family. They're active Chamber members in Rockingham and believe deeply in the strength of both their personal family and their growing work family.
